The issue of work and employment remains crucial for the future of our country and the skills required by the labor market are increasingly complex and specific, also creating problems of mismatching between demand and supply. The employment situation is even more critical in the groups with low school attendance: if, in fact, in the 28 countries of the European Union, the average percentage of people employed among those with primary education is 53.5%, in Italy it is only 47.8%.
