Sustainable Cooks in Kindergartens’ Guidelines

CLAR, as part of the Erasmus Plus project “Sustainable Cooks in Kindergartens – Open educational resources for pedagogues, caterers and kitchen staff” has implemented the Italian version of the guidelines for operators.

The document also contains the manual to access the pilot training course that will be launched by next March 2018: for this we recommend to all those interested in taking the course, to begin by reading our Guidelines.
