CLAR (Centro Libero Analisi e Ricerche – Free Research and Analisys Center) is a non-profit association founded in 1996 in Fano (PU), with an operating office accredited to Senigallia (AN).
CLAR has been operating for more than twenty years in the field of information and culture, vocational training and European cooperation projects.
For more than a decade, CLAR has been an accredited training institution for all training macrotypes (training obligation, continuing education, higher education) pursuant to Legislative Decree no. n. 166/2001 – D.G.R. n. 62/2001 – D.G.R. n. 2164/2001, by decree n. 704 of 30 August 2002 and n. 117 of 10/3/04 of the manager of the Professional Training Service and Labor Problems of the Marche Region.
It can therefore carry out training courses with certificates issued at regional, national and European level to companies, entrepreneurs, workers and the unemployed.
CLAR can also operate as an accredited training institution for the provision of technical-professional training courses, as well as transversal and basic, to apprentices, in relation to the new Consolidated Act on Apprenticeship (Legislative Decree No. 167/2011), assisting company in the elaboration of the training plans and in the search for possible sources of public financing.
As an accredited training institution, we can also operate in the context of Continuous Workers Training, with related funds available to companies, at national and regional level.
We also operate in the field of community projects of international cooperation, in which we have acquired a good competence, creating efficient partnerships in Europe and South America.
The CLAR is the owner of an online newspaper registered at the Court of Pesaro, reachable at www.clarissa.it.
CLAR also has its own distance training platform, called Libera Formazione, which can be reached online at www.liberaformazione.it.
